What is the 'thikedar chacha' (civil contractor uncle) doing slogging it out n Bihar?
He should have been given the contract to build and maintain all the 'madrasas' and 'Haj Houses' in India or better still another Burj Khalifa in Afghanistan! He would have done great professionally in West Bengal, too where government sponsored 'khao and khaane do' thrives.
'Chacha' is seen getting royally ragged, and rightfully so, by a civil engineer journalist.
